ProblemHiatus serves three very different audiences: people buying a home in Bend, owners who want an ADU on their own land, and developers looking for design and feasibility help. One website had to speak to all three without turning into a confusing menu.
ApproachI gave each audience its own clear doorway right in the hero, then let the homes do the talking with large architectural photos. A tall condensed headline face, charcoal type and terracotta accents echo the materials of the houses. Press features and homeowner stories add trust lower down, and the mailing list sign-up sits in the footer for people who aren't ready yet.
